How long does a custom portrait take?
Most custom portraits take 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. I'll provide progress updates throughout the process.
Do you ship artwork?
Yes, I ship nationwide in South Africa and internationally using POSTNET courier. Door-to-door courier delivery is +R260, or you can collect from your nearest POSTNET branch for +R120.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept PayFast payments. Ozow (instant EFT), Apple Pay, and Google Pay will be available soon. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Do you offer certificates of authenticity?
Yes, every original artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing its provenance and originality.
Can I commission artwork for my business?
Absolutely! I work with businesses on custom artwork, corporate gifts, and branding projects. I'm CSD registered for government tenders.
What is your return policy?
Original artwork sales are final due to their unique nature. Prints can be returned within 14 days in original condition.
